Hey, I have a good friend named Jesus. He's from Yucutan, and has taught me how to make a totally awesome goat stew with banana leaves (the latter end up with a texture similar to artichoke leaves after they've braised for a couple of hours).

You should be careful about how you assume a written name is pronounced :-)
