The best fitness plans? Answered

Hey, ive been researching a lot of different fitness trends and exercises, and i was looking on how to combine them into a fitness schedule. I prefer bodyweight exercises with minimal equipment (jogging, planks, push-ups, etc.). i am fairly fit as it is, but like i said i need a plan. I go for 3km jogs twice daily, and every 3 days i do over 100 push-ups.

to know what is
the best plan you have to evaluate first your body, your muscle mass and
everything that can influence since your body could not keep up and you
do not improve anything, if you force a lot you will bring more
problems

I just sit here blogging between long ML conversion cycles between watching grand kids and eating too...

BTW at your age I was second to my instructor in epee fencing which is an athletic chess like competition with weapons..

It was the real non-saber non-slashing weapon of choice during the Renaissance.

An Epee is a triangular stiff blade that could travel between ribs unlike the light flexible rectangular practice foil blade used in movies.

I fenced Epee as well many years ago now. Once was on the RAF team at a national contest. Best not ask my results! However the team won over all.
