um, hi, what should i do with this? Answered

ok, so, i just made a plastic bottle 4-fin propeller and used a pencil for its axle, but i want to make a tiny boat with it, and i don know how! i need to figure out how to make, the body of the boat, the wind-up mechanism, and i need to know what materials i should use and how to waterproof it. any suggestions r welcome. Thankz!
