Thank you that's ok my name is changing to Tofu Props and Play
I can't put symbole thant Tofu Props & Play like my new logo photo ;)

If you go to your "You" page (see the link, top-right of the page), and look to the left at your avatar, just below it there will be some small, orange text below your avatar that says "change image(s)".
Click that, and you will get all the tools you need to upload a new avatar image.
(Oh, wait, do you mean you can't use the "&" sign? No, sorry, you can't.)
