I need to weld 3/16" sheet aluminum for a boat i'm making and want to do it at the cheapest cost. this welder (http://www.harborfreight.com/90-amp-flux-wire-welder-68887.html) says it won't do aluminum (and i'm not sure 90 amps would be enough anyway). Is that true? What if i bought the 180 amp model? Any suggestions for other welders?

I am looking to by some glue logic chips to prototype in so they must be in dip packages. I also want them to be cmos chips and not ttl. I am looking for which family of logic is the cheapest and for a good place to by them on the cheap. I don't care about the specs that much in terms of speed by I would hope for 5V and the ability to supply 15mA or more. The reason I am asking instead of finding the answers for myself is that I have already tried looking but there seem to be so many families that are very similar and I cant come to a conclusion. Ii was hoping that somebody who had some experience working with them would have some insight into me question.

You know the original go kart steering where the axle is bolted to alot of welded spindles and you would spend somewhere around $50 well i thought of using caster wheels, the type from harbor freight with 10" air filled tires then bolt a metal bar as the thing that the steering wheel turns so it uses the same concept of tuning the axle but instead of using spindles it uses the caster design for $20 would it work?

My girlfriend has an amazing voice, but we live in a packed apartment complex. Luckily, we live in a corner room, and the master bedroom has a closet which does not face any other apartments. The Closet is: Length: 8 1/3ft Width: 5 ft Height: 8 ft I bought her The "M-Audio Delta 1010 LT". She has "Pro Tools" and a nice condenser Mic (Samson C01) on a shock mount with a pop filter. She also has a midi keyboard Casio CTK 573 and an acoustic guitar (Ibanez EW20ZWENT) W/ midi output. I figure the only thing were missing for decent recording is sound acoustical dampening or the likes. Any suggestions? Note: I am not looking to spend lots of money, as the card was already above my price range :/ I am not not very musically literate, so i really appreciate in advance your patience, knowledge, creativity, and time! -Please Please Please Instructables Community, I will forever be in your debt if you can help me with this! -Kyle

Hey every one. With Halloween coming I’m preparing to make my Two Face costume. Because I don’t want to paint half of my face I’m using half of an (modified) store bought latex mask. My last step should be the most difficult, painting it. The half of a mask will be doing a lot of moving so I need a flexible paint. I’m only an amateur, but have read some about painting latex. Most methods I’ve seen require mixing different substances. I’d like to get away from that if any was possible, I’d like to make this as easy as I can. The other thing is that it has to be very cheap. I’ve already spent too much money on this costume, and would like to not spend too much more. If anyone knows a type of paint that is flexible and cheap please tell me, because I really need one. Thanks every one. Hope to hear from you soon.
